Write the posting

Title, location, duties, wage. The same details you would put in any job ad — there is no separate international version to prepare.

Morocco, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Cameroon and Mauritius, each on its own portal, plus French-speaking candidates already in Canada.

With the CV attached and the portal it arrived from, so you can see which market is answering. You reply directly to the candidate.

Many of these roles are LMIA-exempt

Hiring a French-speaking worker for a role outside Quebec can fall under the Francophone Mobility Program, which does not require an LMIA.

Who can post a job.

Any business legally registered and operating in Canada, with a Canadian business address and the authority to hire here — from a single restaurant to a national franchise.

Licensed immigration consultants (RCICs) are welcome to publish and manage postings for their employer clients, with that employer’s authorisation.

We may ask for business registration or proof of a Canadian address before a posting goes live. Full details are in the Terms of Use. FrancoBridge is for employers — job seekers apply through the country portals, not here.

Questions employers ask.

Do I need an LMIA to hire a French-speaking worker?
Often not. A role outside Quebec filled by a French-speaking worker can qualify under the Francophone Mobility Program, which is LMIA-exempt. The full requirements are here. Whether your specific role qualifies is a question for a CICC-licensed immigration consultant or a lawyer — FrancoBridge does not give immigration advice.
How long does a posting stay live?
60 days on every portal it publishes to. You can post again at any time, and a role you have already written can be republished without re-entering the details.
What does it cost, and is there anything on top?
Packages start at $60 per posting, and every price is listed on the pricing page. You pay for the advertisement. Government fees that may apply to a work permit application — such as the employer compliance fee — are paid to IRCC, not to us.
Where do the candidates actually come from?
Five country portals — Morocco, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Cameroon and Mauritius — plus French-speaking candidates already in Canada. Every application tells you which one it came from, so you can see which market responds to your role.
