About Francobridge
Francobridge.ca (“Francobridge”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a
Canada-based employer access platform designed to support
Canadian employers seeking to connect with Francophone
talent from overseas.
Francobridge operates as a platform and access service only.
It is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency,
immigration consultant, or government authority.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Francobridge.ca, creating an account,
or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use
our website or services.
Eligibility – Canadian Employers Only
Use of Francobridge is strictly limited to eligible Canadian employers.
To use the platform, you must:
- Be a legally registered Canadian business
- Hold a valid Business Number (BN) or provincial registration
- Be actively operating in Canada
- Have the legal right to recruit and hire workers
- Not be listed as ineligible,
suspended, or non-compliant
by ESDC or any other Canadian authority
Francobridge reserves the right to approve,
deny, suspend, or terminate access at its sole discretion.
Business Verification & Right to Request Documents
To protect platform integrity and ensure lawful use,
Francobridge may request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
- Business licence or incorporation documents
- CRA Business Number confirmation
- Proof of active business operations
- Declarations of compliance with Canadian employment laws
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in:
- Suspension or termination of access
- Cancellation of services
- No refund of fees paid
Platform Scope & Limitations
Francobridge:
- Provides access, visibility, and connection tools
- Does not publish job advertisements
- Does not accept or process job applications
- Does not screen, shortlist, or recommend candidates
- Does not participate in hiring decisions
- Does not provide legal, immigration, or regulatory advice
All recruitment, hiring, and employment decisions are made independently by employers outside of Francobridge.
Employer Responsibilities
By using Francobridge, employers agree that they:
- Will use the platform lawfully and in good faith
- Will provide accurate and truthful business information
- Will comply with all applicable Canadian employment laws
- Will comply with the laws of the worker’s country of residence when recruiting overseas
- Will not misrepresent job offers, wages, or working conditions
Francobridge is not responsible for employer conduct or employment relationships.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Misrepresent Francobridge as a recruiter or government partner
- Use the platform for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity
- Circumvent verification or eligibility requirements
- Interfere with platform security or operations
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
Paid Services & Fees
Francobridge offers paid access and services.
By purchasing any service:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees in advance
- Services are considered active once payment is completed
- Pricing may change at any time without prior notice
Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable once completed.
Duplicate / Double Payment Exception
Refunds will be considered only if:
- A verified duplicate or double payment occurred for the same service
- Francobridge is notified within 30 days of the transaction
- Proof of duplicate payment is provided
Refunds apply only to the duplicated amount.
No other refunds will be issued.
Promo Codes & Discounts
Promo codes:
- Must be applied at the time of purchase
- Cannot be applied retroactively
- Have no cash value
Failure to apply a promo code during checkout does not qualify for refunds, credits, or adjustments.
Account Suspension & Termination
Francobridge may suspend or terminate access if:
- Eligibility requirements are no longer met
- Verification documents are not provided when requested
- Platform misuse or risk is identified
Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, systems, designs, and materials on Francobridge.ca
are the exclusive property of Francobridge.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Francobridge is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Platform availability or uninterrupted service
- Business outcomes or connections
- Employer or candidate engagement
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Francobridge shall not be liable for:
- Business or hiring decisions made by employers
- Employer–candidate communications or disputes
- Loss of revenue, opportunity, or data
- Platform downtime or technical issues
Use of the platform is at the employer’s commercial discretion and risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Francobridge harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Breach of these Terms
- Misuse of the platform
- Violation of laws or third-party rights
Privacy
Use of Francobridge is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection and use.
Changes to Terms
Francobridge may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
