What is FrancoBridge.ca?

FrancoBridge.ca is a Canadian-owned and operated job publishing platform that helps Canadian employers hire Francophone talent directly from overseas by publishing job postings across five Francophone country platforms.

Who operates FrancoBridge.ca?

FrancoBridge.ca is operated by PickYourShift Inc., a Canadian company.

Is FrancoBridge a recruitment or staffing agency?

No.

FrancoBridge is not:

  • A recruitment agency
  • A staffing firm
  • A headhunting service

We do not recruit, screen, shortlist, or place candidates. We provide job publishing and direct access only.

For Employers

Who can use FrancoBridge?

FrancoBridge is designed exclusively for Canadian employers who are legally registered and operating in Canada.

Employers must meet applicable business and employment requirements to use the platform.

How does FrancoBridge work?

1. You submit a job posting once

2. FrancoBridge publishes it across five Francophone country platforms

3. Interested candidates apply directly

4. You receive resumes or contact details and manage hiring independently

Which countries are job postings published in?

Job postings are published in:

  • Morocco
  • Tunisia
  • Ivory Coast
  • Cameroon
  • Mauritius

Do I need to post separately in each country?

No.

You post once, and FrancoBridge distributes the job across all five countries.

How long does a job posting remain live?

Each job posting remains live for 30 days.

Optional extensions may be available.

Can I post multiple jobs?

Yes.

We offer packages for:

  • 1 job
  • 3 jobs
  • 5 jobs

Each job is published across all five countries.

Does FrancoBridge help with interviews or candidate selection?

No.

All screening, interviews, and hiring decisions are handled entirely by the employer.

Does FrancoBridge guarantee applications or hiring?

No.

FrancoBridge does not guarantee:

  • Number of applications
  • Candidate suitability
  • Hiring outcomes

We provide visibility and access, not guarantees.

Is FrancoBridge affiliated with the Government of Canada?

No.

FrancoBridge is a private platform and is not affiliated with IRCC, ESDC, or any government authority.

Ethical Hiring & Workers

Are workers charged any recruitment fees?

No.

FrancoBridge does not charge workers any recruitment or placement fees.

How does FrancoBridge support ethical hiring?

FrancoBridge supports ethical hiring by:

  • Removing recruiters and intermediaries
  • Enabling direct employer–candidate communication
  • Treating all job postings equally
  • Promoting transparent job advertising

Does FrancoBridge work with recruiters or agents?

No.

FrancoBridge does not partner with recruiters, agents, or third-party intermediaries.

Pricing & Payments

How much does it cost to post a job?

Current pricing (CAD):

  • Starter (1 job): $249
  • Growth (3 jobs): $649
  • Scale (5 jobs): $999

Each job is published across all five countries.

Are payments refundable?

Payments are non-refundable once a job is published.

Refunds are considered only in cases of verified duplicate or double payment reported within 30 days.

Can promo codes be applied after payment?

No.

Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

Data & Privacy

How is personal data handled?

FrancoBridge complies with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA).

Who receives candidate information?

Candidate resumes or contact details are shared directly with employers who posted the job.

FrancoBridge does not control how employers use candidate information after it is shared.
