FrancoBridge.ca is a Canadian-owned and operated job publishing platform that helps Canadian employers hire Francophone talent directly from overseas by publishing job postings across five Francophone country platforms + In Canada Francophone Talents — without recruiters in between.

FrancoBridge.ca is operated by PickYourShift Inc., a Canadian company.

No. FrancoBridge is not any of the following:

  • A recruitment agency
  • A staffing firm
  • A headhunting service

We do not recruit, screen, shortlist, or place candidates. We provide job publishing and direct employer–candidate access only.

FrancoBridge is designed exclusively for Canadian employers who are legally registered and operating in Canada. Employers must meet applicable business and employment requirements to use the platform.

No. All screening, interviews, and hiring decisions are handled entirely by the employer. FrancoBridge's role ends once candidates apply to your posting.

No. FrancoBridge is a private platform and is not affiliated with IRCC, ESDC, or any federal or provincial government authority.

Payments are non-refundable once a job posting has been published. Refunds are considered only in cases of a verified duplicate or double payment, reported within 30 days of the original transaction.

No. Promo codes must be applied at checkout before payment is completed. They cannot be applied retroactively to an existing order.

Data & Privacy

How candidate data is handled and who receives it.

FrancoBridge complies with Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA. Full details on how we collect, store, and use personal data are available in our Privacy Policy.

Candidate resumes and contact details are shared directly with the employer who posted the relevant job. FrancoBridge does not control how employers use candidate information after it has been shared.
